Rumor has it the daughter of Skeletor and Vanilla Ice’s mentally challenged half brother are going to tie the knot in the coming weeks.

While some are still claiming that there is no way that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will actually get married in a small ceremony while she’s so incredibly pregnant, TMZ believes it to be true.

They are claiming that a wedding planner has been hired in The OC, and that he/she will coordinate the small ceremony that is to take place on October 13th, in Laguna Beach, California.
