Jonny Fairplay has decided to take the next step in douchebaggery by suing Danny Bonaduce. For those of you that may not remember why, Jonny Fairplay jumped on Bonaduce at the Fox Reality Television Awards, and started humping him. Not one to be humped by grown men in public, Danny threw Fairplay over his shoulders, and Jonny landed on his face.

How there is a court case here is BEYOND me. If a dude jumps on me and starts humping my chest, I’m going to get him off of me any way possible. I don’t expect Fairplay to get anything but headlines and lawyer debt out of this. He clearly started any physicality between the two, IMO. You can see for yourself in the video below.
