Chris Crocker…you remember him…yup, that’s him….according to TMZ Crocker is being sued by Onch for Fraud. In a document filed in Los Angeles County today, in exchange for a round trip ticket to L.A. Crocker agreed to exclusively wear their jewelry, do two days of press for their line — including an in-studio photo shoot — and attend the “Just Britney” art show.

The company claims (this serious now, I’m not making this up) that his failure to do this has caused them to suffered lost profits and that their “business reputation in the media has been greatly damaged.”

WTF?!?!?!?

You HIRED a guy who is known the world over for crying about Britney Spears on YOUTUBE!!! YOUTUBE!!!!! And you think him NOT wearing your jewelry has caused you DAMAGE?!?!

Hiring a cross dressing Britney Spears fan to attend L.A. parties is not now, nor will it EVER be, something that will raise your profile and promote your line. You damaged yourself.

Good luck getting $1 million dollars from this guy. Sheesh.
