Britney Spears has been granted permission to spend the day before Thanksgiving with her two sons.

Her attorney seems to have negotiated a deal last week with Mark Vincent Kaplan, who is Kevin Federline’s attorney, allowing Britney to arrange her own Thanksgiving dinner with sons Sean Preston (2) and Jayden James (1). 

According to TMZ, both attorney’s are also reportedly in the process of hammering out a deal which would allow Britney to spend time with her sons during the Christmas holiday. 

Spears and Federline are locked in a custody battle after Spears was denied physical custody of the two boys in October.  Currently, Spears is entitled to three court-monitored visits per week.
