We’ve all read the terrible stuff, including the rumored “whys” of Britney loosing custody of her kids. We’ve seen the pictures of her laughing after dropping them off…and all of that.

Despite that, however, her lawyer seems to paint the picture that Britney is trying to regain custody of her kids, and is even passing random drug tests according to People.

“She’s passed her random drug tests,” her lawyer, Sorrell Trope, tells PEOPLE exclusively. “There’s been more than one. They came up negative.”

It’s almost hard to believe, at this point, that she even cares, just based on her actions, but who knows…
